NV Sir Kota Career
Nitin sir’s dream is to provide high-quality education to students at a reasonable price to help almost all students. NV Sir’s difficulty started when he began to study for the engineering admission exam (JEE). He planned to enroll himself in Kota’s Pioneer Institute to prepare for the entrance exam. NV sir’s class X marks stood him enroll in that institute, after that Nitin sir became demotivated. NV sir’s father took a high-interest loan from the bank for the study purpose and this motivated NV sir and them to perform well in the exam. This led Nitin to take admission in IIT-BHU in 2003.
NV Sir Passion For Teaching
People think that NV Sir choose the education sector as a second option. But the truth is that Nitin Vijay sir travels 42 kilometers daily to teach students in a coaching Institution in Banaras. In his holiday time, he used to take classes on KOTA. After working hard work, NV sir was offered a job at two top-tier MNCs. Among the two one was India’s Premier Coaching Institution. As sir’s passion is to teach students he joined KOTA’s top coaching institution before that many Coaching rejected sir’s application because of the hard work he is working in that top coaching.
Starting Motion Coaching
There is a huge crowd inside and outside of the Nv sir class. He is liked and loved by many of the students. The teaching method of NV sir every turn and twist in the subject is enjoyed by the students. After observing and receiving feedback from many of the students he chose to open a separate Institute.
On 07 December 2007, Motion Institution was established in KOTA. Students loved the lecture in Motion and they didn’t look back and continued their classes NV sir never leave their students and support them at every corner of their life.

He also started his Youtube channel @MotionNVSir with 538k subscribers and 526 videos for study purposes for students. NV sir started this channel on 3 Feb 2012. There are a total of 5 channels on youtube by Motion for the students, so they can prepare for exams.
